Today was an extremely interesting day for my mentorship with Warubi Sports. During my last week, I was granted access to the entire marketing guide of the company. This document is an extremely complex and long list of everything containing the marketing side of the company. Reading and studying the entire marketing guide would most likely take several weeks, as it is extremely complex and includes several explanation and intro videos as well as actual marketing material like email lists, graphic content, content schedules, video schedules as well as caption ideas, recruiting databases and much more. I started my day off watching the marketing guide tutorial, that was created by Marvin for all new members of Warubi as well as Athletes USA. After getting a rough overview of the entire guide, I started with the first folder (or section) of the marketing guide, which is content creation of Warubi and Athletes USA. Every work process goes through the customer relation management tool of Warubi, which is Pipedrive. Pipedrive is a very useful but also easily manageable CRM tool. The platform separates the customers of Warubi into seven different categories. These categories include new clients, building profile, profile created, complete with no video, ready to verify, ready to promote and lastly ready to place. This organization helps to manage a new client step by step. The interesting thing is that after a recruit gets dragged into a new category, the responsible worker gets a notification per email which states exactly what needs to be done next. This is an extremely nice and helpful way to properly and effectively manage the entire process of a new customer, especially since the CRM-tool is set-up in a step-by-step process that never changes.
